Gourmet Resin Incense - Dragons Blood 1.5 oz. Tin |

Dragon's Blood is a thick red resin that forms from the berries of a tropical climbing palm tree known as daemonorops draco. The fruit of these Asian palm trees is covered in scales from which a bright red shiny resin seeps out - which looks a bit like blood coming out from a cut (or a scaly dragon's hide). As it seeps out, it's traditionally collected, cleansed and then melted down to form a hard chunk of resin. Dragons Blood has been used for thousands of years in India as part of their rituals. It is also mixed with Frankincense in some orthodox church incense recipes. When burnt, Dragon's Blood creates a strong herbal and spicy fragrance. This fine resin incense is packed in a stay-fresh tin with a clear window top. It contains a generous 1.5 oz. portion of resin and is the finest, most select quality available.

| I suggest that if you wanted the Dragons Blood in rock should try the powder version. the aroma is just as great as the rock version and with the powder you don''t use as much of it. so it lasts longer. |

| I just stumbled upon this website and I am very glad I did. I never tried this one before so I read the reviews first and everything that was said about Dragons Blood is exactly true the way it bubbles up like blood, the spicy aroma a wonderful choice if I might say so myself. Oh and the Quanity...you get that and more. Love it!!! |

| I have always loved Dragons Blood. This is for sure some of the best around. It has a spicy, sweet scent. It smells wonderful and is fun to watch the resin melt and liquefy on the charcoal as it indeed looks like boiling "Dragons Blood". Very nice and highly recommended, you can''t go wrong with this one. |
