You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund on anything you are not completely satisfied with, minus a 12% restocking fee. Shipping charges, however, will not be refunded and on orders where free shipping was received actual shipping charges paid by Incensewarehouse.com will be deducted from the refund issued. All items are subject to inspection/approval prior to credit.

Items that arrive damaged must be reported to us within 3 days from the date of delivery. If your item(s) arrived damaged, please contact us immediately at email@example.com or by calling us at 888-288-2977.
Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on any items that are shipped outside of the United States.
Please return all items to us at the address below with a copy of your invoice, and be sure to label your package "Attn: Returns" to ensure your account is credited properly.
Products authorized for return must be 100% complete, in re-salable condition.
