Free Shipping


Spend $50 or more and we pay the shipping fees for all deliveries in the Continental US (excluding Alaska & Hawaii). Shipping carriers used may be USPS or UPS which is determined by us at the time your order is shipped. Please be sure your shipping address provided accepts deliveries from both of these carriers. Additional Fees apply for APO's & PO Box requests.




Shipping for orders under 1lb and $75 to a residential address in the Continental US (excluding Alaska & Hawaii) is only $5.95!
Additional Fees apply for APO's, PO Boxes & UPS requests.

* Please recheck all information input in the order form for accuracy at the checkout. Incense Warehouse is not responsible for incorrect 
address submissions and, as such, the cost of shipment and goods will not be refundable in the event that the items do not arrive back to the return address. 

                  
* If the customer decides that they would still like the items, then they will have to replace the order. In this scenario, any shipment that arrives back to us after a reorder 
will be treated under the standard return policy and be refunded, less the restocking fee and original shipping. In circumstances where free shipping was received, 
the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the refund as well.


International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International through the United States Postal Service. To calculate shipping rates it is necessary to enter items into your cart and then proceed to checkout entering both your billing and shipping addresses, which must match. Once this information is input your rates will be calculated based on the weight and destination of your package. In some cases delivery may incur additional charges based on dimensional weight of the package, of which we will make you aware before completing your order.

PLEASE NOTE:

*For international orders your billing address and shipping address must be the address associated with your credit card statement. If both of these addresses do not match your credit card statement your order will not be shipped.

**For all first time international orders you will be contacted via email to confirm your shipping address. We will only ship orders in which the shipping address has been confirmed.

***It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of the duties and taxes for import specific to their country. These fees will not be covered, nor reimbursed by Incense Warehouse. International returns are not accepted and any parcels returned (or returned to sender due to non-delivery or refusal to pay duties/fees/taxes) will be reimbursed for the content only, and not the original shipping fee, nor the cost to reship the parcel if the customer so desires.

Incense Warehouse is not in any way responsible for the final delivery of an order parcel. Shipping is ultimately paid for by Incense Warehouse, and when a parcel is delivered, the contract with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, Etc.) is fulfilled. Tracking information for shipments is automatically provided to the email given by a customer during account creation or at checkout. This Tracking information is provided so that customers can view it and monitor their shipment at their leisure. We strongly suggest dutifully following this tracking to ensure the final delivery of your package by the carrier. The automated system is nearly without fault, but is not perfect. If you have not received your Tracking Confirmation via email within a day or two, please call us at (516)-513-1532) and ask to be provided with your tracking number. Incense Warehouse is not responsible for email addresses incorrectly typed by the customer into our forms, emails marked as SPAM/JUNK, nor the final arrival of the Tracking Confirmation email. Incense Warehouse ships orders, mostly within 1-2 business days of an order being placed, Monday through Friday - save holidays. If your tracking shows that the parcel has been delivered, but it is not to be found (possible theft, although there are many more reasons/delays possible), then please contact us at [email protected] to file a claim.
