2 drops of peppermint oil, 2 drops of lavender oil mixed with water in a bowl of water to soak your feet.

Travel Well:
3 drops of peppermint oil, 2 drops of rosemary oil, 4 drops of grapefruit oil in a cotton pad in an aroma jar.
