Steam distillation flowering tops and leaves; this herbaceous, warm, and sweet smell relaxes and inspires. It is a mild and is said to be a dream enhancer. Very useful for mid life crisis and well known as a womens herb.

Inspiration:
7 drops of clary sage oil mixed with water in an aroma lamp.
Dream time:
3 drops of lavender oil, 3 drops of mandarin oil, 3 drops of clary sage oil with 2oz of water in a fine mist spray bottle.
